Bronx Science 50th Reunion FAQ:

Early Arrivals

If you arrive before the 3 PM check in time, the venue has a secure room to store your luggage.

Parking

Ample parking is available on site. Shuttles are available during check in and check out times.

ATM

ATM machines are available on premises.

Fitness Center

The on-sight Fitness Center provides the following: Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, Yoga (mats), etc. Hours are: Friday until 9 PM, Saturday 6 AM to 6 PM

Do we have a refund policy?

No, we do not have a refund policy. Our advice to classmates is that they  consider travel insurance. We are sorry if that’s not the most desirable solution but in the  experience of some of us, private travel insurance carries a reasonable premium. We are hopeful  that it will provide financial risk reduction for those of us in a similar situation.

Transportation

Westchester County Airport is about 15 minutes away. Metro North stations are also nearby.  Uber and Lyft rides are available to get to the event and to get around. 

Has the committee given any thought to inviting any of our teachers from Bx Sciencewho are still around?

Yes, but we do not have the resources to comp them. Alumni who would like to invite  teachers would need to pay for their registration.
